Institutional Lifeguard Chair
Our Institutional Lifeguard Stand is a Commercial Grade, 4-Legged Guard
Stand that rests into four (4) aluminum or bronze deck anchors that are
permanently installed into the concrete pool deck. This durable lifeguard
chair is designed to improve aesthetics, improve accessibility to chair, and simplify installation.
The seat is made of Fiberglass. It is mounted onto a swivel
that cause the seat to turn in either direction.
Seat / Umbrella Support - Each stand comes with a stainless steel support /
umbrella holder. Umbrellas are sold separately.
Fiberglass Footboard - The footboard or "platform" is
fiberglass over a wood core for increased durability. The Dimensions are 1-5/8"
x 18" x 42". The top surface is provided with a non-skid sand tread
surface.
Frame - The frame is 1.90" O.D. x .065 wall 304 Stainless Steel
welded mirror finish tubing. All bends are 6" radius.
Footboard Support - 1" x .065 wall 304 Stainless Steel welded mirror
finish tubing. Threaded rods through the support secure it to the frame. The
same 4 bolts are used to secure the chair / umbrella support, fiberglass footboard, and
the footboard support.
Treads - Contrasting beauty, sure-footing and
secure mounting of the Elite Tread to the frame section is enhanced by a
replaceable, black non-skid, Cool-Touch tread insert at the top and caps at
either end of the tread. Placement of the stand is determined by the
installation design and local codes.
Installation - The frame is secured to the deck with four (4) anchor
sockets.
